Description

Award of the umpire (impare) and arbitrators (named), as to the possession of the premises described in E 40/5531, viz. that Thomas Joce of Merden, labourer, is to hold the said premises for ever, paying yearly to Peter Shakerley, of the county of Lancaster, esquire, 20d. and two hens: Kent. Vigil of the Holy Trinity, 7 Henry VIII.
