Description

Demise by Thomas Bramyard of Estgreenwich, yeoman, to Richard Bromiard of the same, for the life of Elizabeth, Thomas's wife, of the reversion of a messuage called 'the sign of the Rowe Bucke', in Eastlane in Eastgreenwich, with a yard and gardens. now in the tenure of the said Thomas; paying yearly 40s. to Henry Dobbins of Eastgreenwich, baker, and Elizabeth his wife, for the maintenance of Joan Bramiard, Thomas's daughter: Kent. Endorsed: Names of witnesses to delivery of seisin. 1 July, 44 Elizabeth, A. D. 1602.
