Sale by Roger Chitwode and Elene his wife, cousin and heiress of Roger Ree, knight, deceased, to Robert Plomer, of lands and tenements called 'Pykes', 'The parlour', 'The taillours shop', 'The pore womans hous', 'the hous that John Letyn occupieth', 'Jaktheyres', 'Stanes', and 'Knottynges', four crofts called 'Cokettes croftes', with a parcel of mede, and four crofts called 'Foxholes' parcel of Jaktheyres, all in Wodeham Ferrys, with all other lands 'as well free as copy', late belonging to the said Sir Roger, Elene's uncle, except the manor of Edwardes; the grantors to execute a fine of the premises to the said Robert and others named, and a deed of release of all right therein to him etc: Essex. 1 July, 5 Henry VII.
