Description

Bond by Henry Hubberd of Busshoppestortford, co. Herts, gentleman, Edward Hubberd of Byrchanger, esquire, and Thomas Thourgood of Saffornewalden, gentleman, to William Mongey of Copforde, gentleman, for 160l: Essex. Endorsed: Condition of the above bond, witnessing that if the said Henry shall perform a covenant in an indenture between himself and the said William, wherby he is bound to leave a certain stock and store of corn and cattle on certain premises leased to him for nine years, or else pay certain sums of money to the said William at Copforde hall, then the above bond shall be void. English. 7 February, 25 Elizabeth I
