Grant by John the prior, and the convent of the cathedral church of the apostles Peter and Paul, Bath, to Thomas More, Thomas Overay and Thomas Wander, clerks, John Sterre the elder, Thomas Webbe the elder, and John Houchyn, of a yearly rent from their lands in Yevylton, Chelwurth by Pensford, Lemansfield, Asshewyke, and Ilwyke; with further grant that if the grantees should be deprived of the said rent, they may distrain in the grantors' lands in Weston, Pryston, and Coston: Somers. Bath, 12 August, 21 Edward IV.
