Description

Conveyance by John Symond, John Bradmore, and Thomas Synaugh, to Robert Carye and John Gilbard, esquires, and thirty other persons (named), of the manor or lordship of Contokyshed alias Estcontokyshed, and all their messuages and lands etc in the said places to the use of Weltheus, wife of Hugh Luttrell, knight, for her life as part of her jointure, on which trust the said Hugh had formerly conveyed the premises to the present grantors, together with Barnard Wattes now deceased; with letter of attorney authorising Thomas Newnam to deliver seisin: Somers. 9 July, 12 Henry VIII.
