Grant by Richard le Forester of Herlinge, to Sir Hugh de Veer and the lady Denise his wife, of part of his land of 'Overhaghe' in Banham, under Sir Hugh's wood called 'Banhamhawe', extending to the park of 'Kenighale', for making a ditch for the better inclosing part of their wood, the said Richard reserving the right of having ducts to drain his land: [Norf.]. Wynneferthing, Thursday after St. Barnabas, 5 Edward II.
