Release by the king, to Thomas the abbot, and the convent of St. Albans, of a corrody out of the said abbey, in exchange for which the said abbot and convent grant to the king, certain lands in Abboteslangeleie, viz. the ditch and hedge between the king's park of Langeleye and the fields of the said abbot and convent called 'Wodefeld' and 'Whippeden', also all the lands in Langeleye newly enclosed by the king, the enclosure beginning at the water of Gateseye, and stretching to a marl-pit in the field called 'Waterfeld', and to a croft called 'Bricescroft' etc [Herts.].
