Grant by John son of John de Tyteburst, to Adam de Strattone, clerk, of land in Tyteburst, in the parish of Aldenham, lying in a meadow called 'Westerleye'; also grant of a yearly rent from tenements in Tyteburst, also of John Page, the grantor's bondman, with all his issue (tota sequela) etc with all the land which the said John holds of the grantor in villenage, with the rent for the same etc: [Herts]. London, Sunday the morrow of St. Edward, 52 Henry III.
