Surrey (?), gentleman, lord of Prene, to Thomas Gower, Anne his wife, and Richard Habley, for their lives, of two cottages and closes adjoining, in Prene wood, in the lordship of Prene, with free pannage in the aid wood; with letter of attorney authorising Thomas Ludlowe, gentleman, to deliver seisin. Salop. Endorsed: Names of witnesses. Memorandum of delivery of seisin in the presence of witnesses, viz. Sir Roger Strynger, parson of Heowlye, and others (named). 29 March, 3 and 4 Philip and Mary.
