Sale by John Hodgeson, citizen and merchant tailor of London, to John Arnold alias Gillam of Clanfield, yeoman, of all his interest in the remainder of a lease for thirty years of a mease or tenement and three yard lands in Clanfield, formerly leased by Thomas Farmor of Chynnor, esquire, to Alexander Arnolde alias Gillam of Clanfeld, for the above term, and which lease was afterwards made over to the said John Hodgeson by John Seymour of Cote in the parish of Bampton, gentleman,and the said Alexander: Oxford.
