Description

Demise by Sir Hugh Huse of Flyntham, knight, to John James of the same, in tail, and to his wife, of a messuage and land in Flyntham, paying 18s. yearly, two hens at Christmas, one day's journey (dietam) in autumn, and making two appearances at two great courts of the same lord yearly. [Notts.]. Tuesday after the Purification, 14 Richard II.
