Indenture between Thomas de Brokhell, sheriff of Kent, and John de Godesfeld, attorney of James, Nicholas, and Bartholomew de Barde and their companions, merchants of the society of the Bardi of Florence, witnessing the delivery by the said sheriff to the said John of a moiety of the lands etc formerly of Richard de Grey of Codenore, pat in a field vcalled 'Cherchefeld,' part in Middelfeld, part at Forhevel with Risshettis, part at Gorrodesfeld, part in the field called 'Wetfield,' part in a meadow by Neweheth, part in Oxenlese, Aumbesberymed and Bordiseacre and wood at Kyngeswode and Huntyngton etc Endorsed:- Codenore in Kane.
