Description

Defeasance of a grant by Thomas Caunvyle of Hetmundegrove, to William Sycely of Rameseie, and Agnes his wife, of land in Rameseie; and of a grant by the said William to the said Thomas and Fiva his wife, of the moiety of a tenement with part of a croft; witnessing that if either party disturb the other in the possession of the respective premises, the grant to such party shall be void: [Hunt.].
