Description

Sale by Richard Verney of Assheby Leger, esquire, and Dame Elizabeth his wife, alias Dame Elizabeth Lucy, late the wife and executrix of George Catesby late of Assheby Leger aforesaid, esquire, and late the wife and executrix of Sir Thomas Lucy, knight, to WIlliam Blakesley of London, yeoman, of a messuage in Daventre, and of all their interest and term of years in a farm etc in Drayton in the parish of Daventry; formerly leased to the said Sir Thomas; with clause witnessing that if the vendors observe the conditions of this indenture, the bond entered into by them shall be void etc: N'hamp. . . May, 25 Henry VIII.
