Description

Grant by William Harryson, clerk, master or warden of St. Michael's hospital, Warwick, to John Brockeden, minister of St. Radegund's, Thellysford, co. Warwick, John Burman of Assheby Leger, chaplain, John Thorne of Abthrop, and William Saunders of Colde Assheby, of a close and land called 'Lez Fythers' in Syllesworth and of a toft and croft in Watford, in trust for Richard Catesby son of George Catesby; with letter of attorney authorising Roger Slye to deliver seisin: [N'hamp.] Endorsed: Note of seisin being taken on June 22 of the said year in the presence of witnesses named. 20 June, 2 Henry VIII.
