Grant by Theobald, archbishop of Canterbury, to the monastery and canons of Holy Trinity, London, of the church of St. Mary, Bix[le], with all the tithes, and liberty to have ten animals in the grantor's demesne herbage, and ten hogs in his wood without pannage. Witnesses:- martin, abbot of Burh (Peterborough), Auselm, abbot of Holm, Engenulf and Gilbert de Clare, monks, Alvered, prior of St. Gregory's, and Fulk the prior, canons, and others (named): [Kent.]. [A. D. 1139-55.]
