Description

Bond by Thomas Croxton of London, gentleman, to John Danyell, gentleman, for 280 marks, with condition that if the said Thomas Shall secure the said John with otrhers (named), in the possession of certain lands etc granted to them by the said Thomas and Margaret his wife, in Plomsted, Eryth, and Wolwych, against David Beket etc and if the said Thomas and Margaret shall levy a fine to the said John and others, of the said lands etc, and of a water-mill in Leuesham, by Easter next etc then the present bond shall be void: Kent. 27 July, 1 Edward IV.
