Description

Grant by William Elys, son and heir of Thomas Elys, and grandson of Thomas Elys, gentleman, late of Kenungton, to William Lemyng, citizen and grocer of London, of the manor of Birton, and of all other lands etc in the county named, formerly belonging to his father and grandfather; also of the reversion of all the lands etc which Thomasina Wilde, widow, late the wife of the grantor's father, holds for life in the county named: Kent. Underwritten as in E 40/4931. 14 July, 1 Edward IV.
