Grant by Juliana de Hastynges, countess of Huntyngdon, to John Hakebourne, her coachman, for his life, of land with a house thereon, in Preston near Wyngham, in a place called 'Sparwes', adjoing the countess' land called 'Ladydoune'. [Kent.]. Nativity of the Virgin, 30 Edward III.
