Release by Richard son of Stephen de la Wich, to Alan Basset his lord, of a virgate of the land of 'la Wich', which Thomas, Alan's father, gave to the said Stephen; in exchange for land in Cumtune, and land which Alan bought from William Half knight (dimidio milite), and a meadow abutting on Richard's court, for which twelve hawks used to be rendered to Alan. Witnesses:- Roger de Danntes[ey], Adam de Eston, and others (named): [Wilts.].
