Agreement between Sir John de Bischopesdon, knight, and Walter, called 'Mareschal', lord of Clopton, as to common of pasture in Clopton by Stretford on Avon viz. the said Walter grants to the said Sir John and his men of Clopton had in fallow time, viz. from the tillage called 'Dyddesley' to Longehavedlond, thence to 'le depedich', thence by Grenewey to the road from Pahelowe towards Stretford, thence to the road from Warrewyk, towards Stretford, thence to the road from Warrewyk, towards Drayton and Evesham, saving to Walter the pasture of all the roads adjoining the said bounds: also release by the said Sir John of all right in the residue of the pasture, beyond the said bounds; the said Walter not to have common of pasture in the territory of Bischopesdone: [Warw.]. Sunday after St. Clement, 33 Edward [I].
