Description

Demise by Sir William Catesbie of Lapworth, knight, ot Sir John Spencer of Oldthrop, knight, for forty years, of a capital messuage etc in Wormelayton, which had been granted to the said Catesbie by John Spencer son and heir of the said Sir John, and by Mary, John's wife, for forty-one years. Warw. 7 March, 18 Elizabeth.
