Deed witnessing the delivery by Thomas Palmer, esquire, to William Catisby, knight, of seven deeds concerning certain lands and tenements in Lapeorgth, called "Bromes thinge", to be kept by him till the claim of the said William, Thomas, and Elizabeth, Thomas's wife, to the said lands, now occupied by John Broune of Baddesley, be determined, and afterwards the said deeds, together with others in the possession of the said Thomas, are to be delivered into a certain place etc Warw. Monday after St. Thomas the apostle, 33 Herny VI.
