Demise by John de Catesby, to Edward de Wedon of Coventry, merchant, for his life, of a void plot of land in Coventry lying within the bridges of St. John; the grantee to build a house, shop and soller thereon, within two years: with remainders to John son of the said Edward and to Roger, John's brother; with licence of distraint, in case of non-payment of rent, in the said plot and in three tenements of the said Edward, one at the corner of "le Westorcherd", one in "le Frerelone" and one in "le Croschepynges " Warw. 20 October, 45 Edward III
