Description

Release by Thomas Joly, son and heir of Stephen Joly, late of Suthwerk, draper, to William Lemyng, citizen and grocer of London, and to Richard Jay, of all his right in a messuage and garden in Burgoyne in the parish of St. Olave near Suthwerk, London, which William Sertayn, Alice his wife, and their oldest child, lately had for their lives, of the demise of John Wynchecombe, citizen and armourer of London, and Thomas his son: [Surrey.] Underwritten:- 'I Thomas Joly delywyrd thys as for my dede. ' Endorsed:- Memorandum of enrolment on the dorse of the Close Roll, November, 7 Edward IV. 5 November, 39 Henry VI.
