Description

Demise by John Wychecombe, citizen and armourer of London, and Thomas Wynchecombe, his son, to William Sertayn, citizen and bowyer of the same, and to Alice his wife, of a tenement and garden in Burgoyne, in the pairsh of St. Olave near Suthwerk, London, for their lives, with remainder to their eldest surviving child for his life: [Surrey.]. 12 July, 23 Richard II.
