Grant by William Redeston of Suthwerk, to Thomas Wynchecombe, son of John Wynchecombe, citizen and armourer of London, of a moiety of a tenement and gardens in Suthwerk, in St. Olave's parish, in a place called 'Burgoyne' adjoining the high road leading from Bermondsey, and formerly belonging to Thomas Serle, citizen and 'malemaker' of London: [Surrey.]. 16 October, 21 Richard II.
