Bargain and sale by Thomas Fenys, knight, Lord Dacre, to Sir Reynold Bray, knight, chancellor of the duchy of Lancaster, John Kyngedsmyll serjeantg, ' to the lawe,' and Edmund Dudley, esquire, for 4261l. 13s. 4d. of the manor of Wannesworth and all his lands etc in Wannesworth, Battersey, Puttenheth (Putney), and Wynbleden, and other towns adjoining: Surrey. 10 July, 17 Henry VII.
