Description

Bond by William, abbot of St. Peter's Westminster, to William Sandys, knight, Lord Sandys, the king's chamberlain, for 500l. for the observance by the said abbot of the award of John FitzJames, knight, chief justice of the king's bench, and Anthony FitzHerbert, knight, one of the justices of common pleas, as to the possession of the manor Wandesworth (Wandsworth) late belonging to Thomas Fenyz, knight, Lord Dacres: Surrey. 20 June, 29 Henry VIII.
