Defeasance of a bond by Sir John Burghcher, knight, Lord Berners, to Henry Eden, gentleman, for 1,000l. and of a mortagage by the said Lord Berners, to the said Eden, for 580l. of the manor of Westhorsley, with the advowson of the church thee, with lands and tenements in Westhorsley, Esthorslegh, Chedyngfold, Okley, Effingham, and Byflete, belonging thereto; witnessing that if the said Lord Berners shall repay the said 580l. in the manner specified, the said bond and mortgage shall be void: Surrey. 24 August, 9 Henry VIII.
