Demise by the prior and convent of St. Peter's Ipswich, to Thomas de Langton, of land in Belsted Magna, paying 6d. yearly, in exchange for other land in the same place. If Magaret, wife of the said Thomas, survive him and implead the canons for dower from the first-named land, it shall be lawful for them to re-enter on the land they now grant him till she release to them all her right in the said land.
