Mortgage by John Gilbert, to John Costin and John his son, of two acres in Hintlesham in the field called 'Bindedeneleslond. ' for 24s., with which they have accommodated him, to be repaid at Michaelmas, 30 Edward (I. ) If Gilbert fail to pay them, the land shall remain to them till the Michaelmas following; and if he then fail of payment, it shall remain to them for ever. Moreover, if Gilbert sell his meadow by the bank called 'Burstallebrok,' they shall have first right of purchase. (Suff. ). Nativity of St. John the Baptist, 29 Edward (I)
