Grant by Thomas de Rugham, to the prior and canons of St. Peter's Ipswich, of 12d. yearly rent, a flask of lamp oil and a rose, to be received from the tenements named, for the tenements which they hold for life, viz., 12d. for a cottage and 2 acres in Belstede Magna, the oil for a tenement in Ipswich, Wherstede, and Grenewich; together with the remainder of the cottage and messuages, and others., after the death of the tenants.
