Grant by Clement, prior of St. Peter's, Ipswich, to Seman de Merihel, of Ipswich, that whereas the latter is bound to pay a yearly rent of 20s. for a piece of land with grange and dovecot thereon in the suburb of Ipswich in the parish of St. Austyn by Stoke, if he pay the prior 3L. at the terms specifield, the said rent shall be annulled.
