Agreement whereby Reiner son of Peter de Hecham, grants to Albert the prior, and the monks of St. Pancras (at Lewes), for 6 marcs, the mill on the moor which he holds of them for life, and land adjoining the mill which he held for 2d. yearly, for three years from the morrow of the nativity of St. John the Baptist, A. D. 1239; with reversion to him for life at the end of that term, paying 2d. for the land and 33s. for the mill yearly. (Norf. ). A. D. 1239
