Grant by Richard son of Stephen de Magna Ringstede, to Sir William the abbot, and the convent of Ramsey, in frank almoin, for 4s., of a yearly rent of 6 1/4d., payable by the tenants specified for land at Grovegate, abutting on the abbot's tillage at Northalle Croft, at Hecham Gate, at Overechile Gate, at Suthere Lampidegate, in Ringstede, in Lingstydele, at Gnattinggate, and at Willerespit.
