Confirmation by William, Earl of Warrene, of a grant by Robert de Frievill the younger, to the monks of St. Pancras [at Lewes], in frank almoin, of 20 solidates of land at Massingaham; with promise if he cannot warrant this land to Robert's heir, that the monks shall have other 20 solidates of Robert's fee [Witnesses:-] Rainer de Waren', Ralph de Wiburevill, Baldwin deFrievill, william de Sartill: [Norf.].
