Demise by William White and William Gibbonse, leathersellers, of London, to Thomas Nevell, William Compton, and John Nevell, knights, John Heron, Treasurer of the King's chamber, Richard Broke, serjeant at law, and Richard Lyster, to the King's use, of three messuages, three gardens and three acres of land at Mile Ende in Stebenhithe parish which James Algore, citizen and grocer of London, and Margaret his wife, lately sold the grantors: Middx. Endorsed: Memorandum of livery of seisin of the premises to Lyster; and of enrolment on the dorse of the Close Roll, 9 Henry VIII. 16 April, 8 Henry VIII
