Description

Indenture witnessing that whereas Edmund de mareny nd Isabel his wife have granted to Richard de Dorst, citizen and ropemaker of London, their brewhouse with garden, handmills, and all vesels necessary for brewing in st. Olave's parish towards the Tower of London, by Fullane; if Edmund and Isabel pay the said Richard 9 mrcs within the quindene of Easter next, the said grant shall be cancelled; otherwise Richard shall hold the premises for four years from the said quindene. Witnesses:- John le Blound, Mayor of London, and others (named). (Middx). Wednesday after St. Martin in Winter, end of 31 Edward I
