Composition between Sir Richard de Wymbish, the prior, and the convent of Holy Trinity, London, and Adam, the prior, and the brethern of Holy Cross, london, that whereas the later hold a tenement in St. Olave's parish towards the Tower of London by a yearly rent of 13s. 8d., within which their church stands built with the churchyard, ready to be dedicated, the said bretern grant that no prejudice shall be done to the said convent, but the said rent shall still be paid for the said tenement under pain of excommuncation: [Middx.]. 1 March, 1319 [1320]
