Description

Demise by Henry de la More, citizen and goldsmith of London, to William de Bret, citizen and goldsmith of London, and Christina his wife, of a house in the parish of St. Nicholas Olof, London, for term for their lives; paying yearly a red rose during William's lifetime, and after death two marcs during the lifetime of Christina if she survive him. Witnesses:- Nicholas de Farndone, Mayor of London, and others (named): [Middx]. Sunday after the Translation of St. Thomas the Martyr, 3 Edward II
