Description

Grant by John, son of Hugh Smith, of the bailey (de Ballio), to John de Lauphare, clerk, of a plot of and west of his father's garden in the Ballie in St. Sepulchre's parish, which Albretha his mother, relict of the said Hugh, granted the said John with his consent. Witnesses:- Sir Laurence de Frowik, alderman of the ward, and others (named): [Middx.]. [c. 35 Henry III.]
