Description

Grant by John Rydere, clerk, to Richard Wyltsshire, of Haydon, Essex, and Richard Gyn, citizen and grocer of London. Lands etc in 'le Roperie' and in Heywharflane in the parishes of All Hallows in the Hay, St. Swithin in Candelwykstret and St. Nicolas in Oldefisshestret which he together with John Wyltsshire, citizen and pepperer of London, and Alice his wife, John Chesterford, and Nicholas, son of Hugh Parys now deceased, had by grant of Isabella de Preston, enrolled at the Husting in London Monday before St. Edmund the King, 1 Richard II. William Askham, Mayor, Thomas Fawkener and Thomas Polle, sheriffs of London: [Middx.]. 2 June, 5 Henry IV.
