Description

Demise by Nicholas, rector of St. Martin's Otteswych, London, Master William de Otteswych, surgeon, John de Weston and William Mabyli to Robert de Northampton, carpenter, and Margery his wife, for their lives, of the land that the late William Baker gave for the support of the said church and rector; paying yearly 12s. to the support of the church and 2s. to the rector during Robert's life and after his death Margery (if alive) paying 24s. 8d. the church and 2s. to the rector. Witnesses:- Elias Rousel, Mayor, John Darmentieres and Henry de Fyngrith, sheriffs of London, and others (named): [Middx.]. [28 Edward I.]
