Grant by Walter le Hurer, citizen and woolmerchant of London, and Matilda his wife, to William Curteys, fo Bricklesworth, of the tenement with houses and garden that formerly belonged to Roger de Frowik, citizen of London, which they had by grant of Idonea, late wife of the said Roger, and the other executors of his will, in the parish of St. Olave by the Tower of London, adjoining the garden of the brethren of the Holy Cross, London. John de Grantham, Mayor of London: [Middx.] Endorsed: Memorandum of enrolment at the Husting for common pleas, Monday after St. Gregory the Pope, 3 Edward III. Sunday after St. Matthias the Apostle, 3 Edward III.
