Agreement in the King's Court between P. the prior of Holy Trinity, London, plaintiff, and Richard de Ripariis and Matilda his wife, deforciants, concerning 10s. quit rent which the prior demanded by gift of Richard de Luci, ancestor of Matilda, from their portion in Neweton manor. Richard and Matilda, for 40s. acknowledge the said rent to belong to the said church, to be received yearly at the equinox before Michaelmas out of the first sums they receive as rent. Kent.
