Description

Grant by James son of Robert Long, citizen of London, to Richard, the prior, and the canons of Holy Trinity, London, for 40s., of 40d. yearly quit rent in London from his dwelling house in the parish of St. Benedict, Garshereche, in addition to 10s. yearly he already pays for the said messuage. Witnessses: Roger son of Roger, Mayor of London, John de Tulesane and Ralph Hardel, sheriffs, John, rector of St. Martin's Vintry, and others (named) [Middx.]. [34 Henry III]
