Sale and release by mathilda, the prioress, and the convent of St. Helen's, London, to Mathilda, late the wife of Robert son of Alice, for 40s. of 4s. quit rent that John son of Daniel was wont to pay for land in the parish of All Hallows towards Garscherch.
