Description

Demise by John Styvur and Cristina his wife to William Normanton, clerk, Thomas Plummer and William Asby of all their lands and tenements in the parishes of all Hallows in Beddestrete, St. Peter's in Westchepe, All Hallows the Great in the Ropery, St. Laurence in Old Jewry, and St. Mary Fanchirche, London; and also yearly quit rents of 6s. 8d. from a tenement between Sevenfotelane and St. Laurence Lane, 10s. and 20d. from other tenements in the same parish, 6s. from a tenement in St. Michael's parish, Queenhithe, London, in a street leading from Thames Street to the river Thames, for the lives of Arthur Ormsby and Idonia his wife; and a yearly rent of 28s. 4d. issuing from a new house called 'le Key on le Hoop' kin the parish of All Hallows the Great, for the lives of John Lynche and the said Arthur and Idonia; with remainder to Hugh Wyche, citizen and mercer of London: [Middx.]. 8 July, 35 Henry VI.
